Ours is a friendly practice which speaks in plain English to you about your business. The aim is to provide practical, easy to understand advice and guidance - not to lose you in accounting jargon. You wouldn’t be the first client to comment “I’ve never had it explained like that before!”. We provide all the services you’d expect from an ACCA registered local independent accountants: from tax returns and payroll through to VAT and preparing limited company accounts and everything in between. With a background in Corporate Finance and prior experience in an international firm of accountants we can also help with the more complex issues you may have. It’s our aim to solve all your business and tax problems! Paul Wareham, a qualified Accountant (ACCA) and holder of an MBA from Manchester Business School, is the driving force behind PS Accountants. Paul began the practice while based in Dubai in the mid-2000s and following his re-location to the UK in 2010, opened his first office in Littleborough, Rochdale. Paul undertook his initial training at a small independent firm in Manchester, and having spent time as an auditor, continued his career at Mazars - gaining a wealth of experience whilst working in Corporate Finance from their Leeds office.
