I have been totally inspired by the all the amazing scenery around us, from lakes, forests, mountains to the sea, I felt drawn to pick up a paint brush and give it a go...from which have discovered a real passion for painting in oil. I`m totally self taught. I love the opportunity to convey on canvas my vision of our surroundings, and other places I have been fortunate enough to visit, I feel in tune with the Cumbrian way of life it must be all the fresh air, wonderful places to have adventures and the friendly way of locals up here I would totally recommend it to anyone!
Welcome to Quantumistic Art, I`m Paul Summerfield, born and bred in London, I have a IT background of over 20 years!!! has it really been that long... I moved to the Lake District nearly 10 years ago, with my Cumbrian born lovely wife Emma. We have been blessed with two beautiful and bubbly daughters Rhianna Skye and Tabitha Willow.
