The business has grown organically from its beginnings as motor engineers providing maintenance and repair services for heavy commercial vehicles with a recovery service alongside, to the current services we provide today. These include full service and repair facilities for car, light and heavy commercial vehicles including a purpose built MOT centre, and a full specialist Roadside Assistance and Recovery Service that operates across the Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset region extending across the country and beyond. At RD Avery, our mission is to provide Complete Vehicle Care meaning a place where customers can entrust their vehicle in confidence and receive the best quality vehicle repair, recovery and customer service; and to become a leading independent vehicle recovery and repair facility on the South Coast by remaining true to our core values of honesty and integrity.
RD Avery was established 35 years ago by Ray & Sue Avery. Originally a Partnership, the company became Limited in 2013 and has continued as a privately owned family business since 1983. We have developed steadily to a position where we now employ a highly skilled and dedicated team of 33 staff, covering both Roadside Assistance & Recovery, and Car & Commercial Workshops with a focused Management Team and an enviable business reputation of excellence.
