After working in the City for five years for two large international accountancy firms, Steve was keen to return to working with clients on an individual basis and went on to establish Waite McGrory & Co., becoming a founder member of the UK 200 Group. SF Brocklehurst & Co. was established in 1989 to concentrate on developing the businesses of selected specific clients and now act for a wide range of companies. Steve is ably supported by Sarah Cameron who, after qualifying as a chartered accountant, worked for BDO Stoy Hayward until leaving full time employment to start a family. She now concentrates on all aspects of auditing and IT support.
