Andy joined The Shepherd Partnership in 1986; becoming a partner in 1987. Heather became a director of Shepherd Partnership in February 2019 after working for the practice as a senior accountant since 2015. Her accountancy career began back in 1985 and she qualified as a Chartered Certified accountant in 2008.
