Our main style is Shotokan based Karate which is a major Japanese Art in which we teach not only the core values it represents but also the self defence that it is often forgotten to be taught. We also promote adaptability and promote safety as well as practically with our training. With an established committee and the support of local communities we look to assist many more people, of any age to learn the values that Martial Arts that can teach us all. We are proud to be recognised by the best governing and supporting body, Cobra Martial Arts Association (CMAA) run by Andrew Morrell Sensei (8th Dan). Through this we provide recognition of grades as well as first class insurance and support to all Martial Artists. We are also proud members of Martial Arts against Bullying Program (MAAB) and Hyper Bullying Defence, we do whatever we can to help prevent bullying and we have a zero tolerance policy to bullying.
