Swindon Academy of Dance was founded by Sarah Watson in 1989 and is now one of the leading dance schools in the country. We offer weekly classes to children from the age of 2 and a half to 19 years. As an ISTD approved dance center we also offer teacher training for DDI and DDE qualifications. We appreciate that children take up dance or singing classes as their hobby and we feel that their happiness is of primary importance. To this end, we endeavour to create a happy and caring environment, which in turn, provides a sound foundation for their social development and encourages growth in self-confidence.
We offer the highest standard of teaching in all aspects of dance, singing and acro in a warm, friendly, safe and professional environment. The strength of this approach is reflected in our excellent examination and competition results and record of success in the profession.
