At present Swipe is using music as a medium to work with young people between the ages of 8 — 19 years of age and in some cases up to 25. We provide young people in Slough with many music activities including tuition in steel pan, guitar, drums , violin, and vocal coaching. We also provide rehearsal space and free recordings to young bands and solo artist as well as teaching young people how to record and mix their own music. We organise lots of events and are often seen supporting other local organisations events providing live entertainment, we also teach young people how to run their own events. We enable and encourage young people in Slough to broaden their musical experiences and helps them develop confidence, better communication skills and group awareness.
