As the customer, you can choose from a fascinating range of sustainable sourced timbers — from pale crisp tones of Maple through to the rich chocolate shades of Walnut & the warm traditional shades of American or European Oaks. All our timbers are purchased from members & supporters of the Timber Trade Federation & the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). This enables you to confidently commission beautiful hardwood furniture knowing that you are not contributing to global forest destruction. All FSC certified forests are managed to ensure long term timber supplies while protecting the environment & the lives of forest dependent communities. We combine both traditional & modern cabinet making techniques to create inspiring unique furniture. We take pride in the pieces we make & actively encourage our clients to learn & understand the skills & techniques that go in to creating their commission furniture. Our handmade furniture is always delivered & installed by our resident furniture maker herself — the same craftswoman who produces it. For larger commissions, like full room renovations, we have a small team of specialists in place that ensures we deliver a high level of craftsmanship across all trades.
