Hello. I’m Tony Phillips, founder of The Coaching Approach.
After a 20-year career in IT, followed by 10 years in sales and marketing, I finally found what I really wanted to do.
And that is helping people and organisations wake up to their potential.
Since 2003 I have been helping organisations such as HSBC, Barclays, Aon, VocaLink, Tube Lines, numerous small and medium sized businesses, a couple of charities and countless individuals release untapped potential.
I'm often asked, "Are you a life coach, a business coach or an executive coach?"
Although I'm a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, the real answer is all, and none, of the above.
I work with people. Whether they are executives, business owners, business managers or entrepreneurs, I am interested in the whole person, because that's where your dreams and your potential lie.
