The Computer Fixy Guy" started trading in March 2010 and is run by myself, Richard Price. I've been involved with computers since the mid 80's and after many years of training and various IT-related jobs, I decided to start my own business. All work done is fully undertaken by myself and in instances where equipment has to be taken to my workshop, the job will usually be completed within 24 to 48hrs (maybe a little longer if parts have to be ordered) I'm based locally in Kidderminster and provide a full range of services, including out of the box setup, computer upgrades, networks, repairs and remote monitoring to name but a few. The majority of services can be carried either at your home or place of work and if this isn't possible for any reason, I offer a free "Unplug and Collect" service and then complete the work in my fully fitted workshop. This service includes delivering and re-connecting your computer when the work is done.
Sadly, due to our dad passing away, The Computer Fixy Guy will be closed for the next few weeks, I sincerely apologise if this causes any inconvenience, but it is a necessity that cannot be avoided due to new unforeseen commitments that have arisen and need attending to.
