Let me tell you about me and my business. I run a small friendly Accountancy business that specialises in helping SME's, that's Small and Medium sized businesses and charities I also offer training in Quickbooks in London, Brighton, Surrey, East and West Sussex and surrounding areas. I can assist with and advise with regard to setting up a business. Preparing cash flows and forecasts, preparing regular management accounts and yearly accounts for Limited Companies, Partnerships and Sole Traders. In addition I can assist with VAT and Wages and PAYE and accounting systems. I also offer a Financial Director service for those Companies not large enough to employ a full time Financial Director themselves.

Every Business and Company needs Annual Accounts and to file Tax Returns. We can assist in the preparation of these. If your business is a Sole Trader or a Partnership then accounts are needed for the self employment pages of your Self Assessment Tax Return. If your business is a Limited Company then full statutory accounts have to be filed with Companies House and also with HMRC together with a CT600 Corporation Tax Return.
