Within 3 months we successfully tendered for and won a contract to completely clear out a local college. It was at this point we realised that we were on our way and headed for a rapid rise from obscurity to prominence. Over the next 4 years, we continued to grow the company by developing a great reputation for carrying out an excellent service. Not only were we carrying out plenty of office moves, but we were also becoming very good at it too. In 2005, we decided to officially become members of the National Guild of Removers & Storers. This managed to raise our standards even further. Since becoming a member, we have never failed to win the bi-annual awards in relation to our customer service (see our Awards & Affiliations page). Over 98% of our customers, in response to Questionnaires given at the end of a move, rate our service as being either very good or excellent.
So where do we start! Well, after much thought and planning, we decided to set up The Office Removal Team (it took us about 4 weeks to think of that name!). We just couldn’t believe how badly other people were doing removals out there. Okay, there were the professionals, but too many just seemed to want to get in and out and down the pub as quickly as possible.
