Now in 2019 this thriving family business is well established as a successful Ford Dealership, with specialised fully approved Ford workshops, providing servicing, an MOT test facility and tyre fitting. Titty Ho Motor Company now specialises in used cars, particularly classic and sports cars. Many members of staff have worked with the family for over 20 years and the salesmen, Andrew Carnell and Phillip Adcock have over eighty years experience in the motor trade (particularly Ford) between them. Andrew is now semi-retired, working Tuesday & Friday afternoons, and his son James has joined the sales team full time. We are an independent, family run motor business offering first class service in a friendly environment, where the dedicated team take great pride in providing complete customer satisfaction in a no pressure environment.
In 1969 Hugh Porter opened a small business in Thrapston retailing petrol, selling used cars and providing after care servicing. Nearly 20 years later his two sons, Sean and Mark joined him, to found a truly special family run business. At that time the family business expanded into a neighbouring town, Raunds, following the acquisition of Titty Ho Motor Company.
