My removals got off to a great start when Mel visited and talked me through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble and when extra boxes were needed they were delivered promptly. The day before the move Ross and his team got to work packing the delicate items expertly. They were sensitive and kind to my situation. The truck was loaded with the majority of my belongings that same day and only the last minute things were loaded on the day of the move. Removal day went really well. All items were delivered to the right areas in the house and were easy to identify. So well done Tonks I am extremely thankful for everything you did for me. Thank you.
