The balance of the shares are held by Csaba Varga who will continue to lead the business. The UM Group is pleased to confirm that on the 29th January 2016 it completed the acquisition of the assets and goodwill of Nordische Futterfette Carroux GmbH & Co Handels KG (NFC) and Nordische Vermogensverwaltung Carroux GmbH (NVC) wholly owned subsidiaries of the Carroux Group Holding GmbH.
