Vic originally worked for the previous owner on a recreational basis to help out, and from here his interest in the business grew. The business has been re-stocked to include such brands as Auto Glym and other quality brands. In stock are a large range of tools, cleaning products, electrical accessories, batteries, cycle accessories and more. Vic has lived in the area for a good number of years - his previous business was the well known and distinctive Duchy Service Station in Hutton which he owned and ran for 27 years. During the running of his previous business Vic managed to gain an extensive knowledge of everything motoring and hopes to pass on his high standard of customer service to the new business.
V. J. Auto Care is situated four miles outside of Preston, just off the A59 heading towards Southport and Liverpool. The business was taken over by Vic Johnstone in early 2009 and has been rapidly expanded to stock all the requirements for the everyday motorist.
