We aim to provide a home environment, just like a childminder, in harmony with the development opportunities of a nursery - the best of both worlds! Ofsted introduced ‘Childcare on Domestic Premises’ in September 2008. It falls between childminders and nurseries. Registration moves to ‘Childcare on Domestic Premises’ when four or more carers work together. Legal requirements for a nursery then apply to the setting. The manager has over 15 years experience in looking after children of all ages and needs. We are registered with Ofsted, which allows you to apply for the childcare element of your Tax Credits, Tax Free childcare, Early Years Funding (15 & 30 hours) and 2 year old funding.
Here at Wild Monkeys Childcare we are unique! We are one of only a few settings in the South East of England known as 'Childcare On Domestic Premises'. This means that we run a nursery setting from the manager's home that benefits from the flexibility of traditional childcare, allowing you to access childcare that suits your needs.
