Winfields Bookkeeping Ltd has established a strong reputation in Leicester and surrounding areas, they are recognised by and recommended by large local Accountants and many local professionals. The Company has expanded the services that it provides and these now include a comprehensive Payroll service as well as auto enrolment Debbie has spent most of her career working in the Banking Industry undertaking a wide range of roles including providing a relationship service to wealthy personal customers before progressing to become a Business Manager which involved providing a one to one service to a wide range of Businesses and Business owners this ranged from new set up businesses through to businesses with a turnover of up to £1m. It was whilst undertaking this role Debbie developed a desire for a greater understanding of Accounting and interpreting financial information, Debbie understood the importance for businesses to have a clear picture of their financial situation and the importance this has in developing a successful business. Debbie decided to start studying Bookkeeping whilst continuing her role as a Business Manager, having developed a comprehensive understanding of Accounting and a formal qualification as a Master of the Certified Institute of Bookkeepers, Debbie decided to launch her own business and has never looked back since.
