After emigrating from South Africa, a place I hold fondly in my heart still, I was able to explore and experience the arts where I had not had such opportunities before. I painted, sculpted, drew and photographed to my heart's content and even landed a job photographing for a sports magazine.

Hi, my name is Rob, and I am RSA Photography. I never intended to start a photography business, my dogs decided for me. I say dogs, but it was originally our veteran Rottweiler Saffron, who ignited the spark so to speak. As she was in her twilight years we decided to try and capture some memories which weren't your standard snap shots.

From photographing happy couples on their wedding days as they take their first steps as man and wife, to capturing family memories at outdoor shoots, the details are really important to me but what's even more important is having a connection with the people I photograph and this is what I try to translate into my imagery.

I have been a photographer for as long as I can remember and my favourite subject has always been people. I live in Lightwater, near Camberley in Surrey. I have a full CRB and work with Surrey Heath Youth Development and local dance groups.
