Wildern Opportunity Group and preschool is an early year’s childcare provision situated in the centre of Hedge End Village. We provide an excellent learning environment for children aged 2 — 5 that incorporates activities both inside and out, our outside area is complete with a superb canopy and safety surface for all weathers.

We warmly welcome children from 2 years to school age to join our community pre-school in Totton. We provide a safe, engaging and nurturing environment for children to learn through play in our home-away-from-home setting.

I endeavour to provide, promote and stimulate, through various activities and experiences, the all round development and learning of each individual child in my care at their own pace, in a safe and secure, loving environment.

In the report summary, Ofsted inspector Jacqueline Good wrote: ‘Staff know individual children exceptionally well and use information from observations and assessments to meticulously plan how best to support learning.’

We care for children from the ages of two years, eight months through to four years old, in a purpose-built setting next to Cowes Primary School. We are open during school term times, from 7.45am - 6pm. We offer a holiday club (currently located at our nursery setting) for all holidays except Christmas.

Pebbles Pre-School is situated on the corner of Spring Garden Lane and Stoke Road. Pebbles setting has an entrance hallway area where children can independently hang their coats and bags, the children also self register in this area.
