ReAct Academy is a specialist theatre arts school, based in the North West of England. ​ We offer professional training in all aspects of Drama, Musical Theatre, Dance and Music Production for all ages, babies through to adult. Classes are designed to cater for the individual needs of our students, encouraging confidence-building and developing skills and technique within a safe and friendly environment.
MDC offers a range of dance classes and courses in the city centre for adults, teenagers, kids and childrens classes. Classes range from a beginners level , intermediate and professional level.
At JC Dance our pupils develop their dance skills in confidence boosting, fun, rewarding and social classes. The Janet Lomas School of Dancing, established in 1978, is a traditional classical ballet school offering structured training for boys and girls, aged four to 18 – from beginners through to pre-professional level. In 2017, the school expanded and began offering Silver Swans® adult ballet classes for the over 55s. ​
Gillies Mar-Jan Stage School We offer ballet, tap, modern/jazz, street dance, boogie babies, acro and zumba classes. We also offer dance and drama workshops in the summer holidays.
Over forty years ago, Diane Beaumont founded our dance school in the Parish Rooms on Church Road in Cheadle Hulme. Fiona joined the school in 1988 and started teaching in 1997. In 2004 Diane retired and Fiona became Principal, and in 2006 we moved to our current premises on Swann Lane.
Eagles Dance classes are fun and great exercise. We encourage the social side of dancing and can be found after the classes sitting and chatting with our students.
At sixteen, she went on to train at Laine Theatre Arts, Surrey. During her three years there she achieved a diploma in Dance and LAMDA drama. She also became an Associate member of the ISTD, an Ofqual & internationally recognised teaching qualification.
Hilary Hinchcliffe & Susan Ferreira established Dimensions Theatre Dance School” in 1989. From its beginnings, our school has an unsurpassed reputation and passion for delivering high standards of dance lessons and stage classes for all abilities and ages from years 3 upwards in a fun, friendly and caring, yet professional and creative learning environment.
