We constantly focus on standards as we understand outcomes are paramount. Our decision making is driven entirely by what is best for children. By doing this we enhance the life chances of the children and young people in our care.

Our vision for Sedgefield, summarised in the acronym; ACHIEVE@Sedgefield , is a vision that we believe has led us to become the outstanding school that we are confident we are. What though does it mean for a school to be outstanding? Academic success is, of course, an important element and excellent learning and teaching ensure that our students achieve this.

Stockton Sixth Form College has built an exceptional reputation for academic achievement over many years and, as the only specialist sixth form college in Stockton on Tees, has over 40 years’ experience delivering A-level, BTEC and GCSE qualifications to students aged 16-19 from across the region.
