You are always learning but at this point it was to be a steep learning curve in how to run a business. Upon request from a regular customer (A National Housing Trust) I delivered a training course which was an instant success. I have continued commercial training to this day and the main C&D course has been sculpted because of this. Like Tony (my tutor), I will start at the beginning, we will progress through the training at your pace. We will use hand tools first before expensive electronic gismos and gadgets. You will be competent and have more than one way to "skin the cat". Laughter is at the forefront of my training, you will be instantly relaxed and our small group will be interacting in an easy going manner. This is the best way to learn. You will become a sponge for the information because of the enjoyment it brings.
At the age of 17 I was employed full time by one of the oldest and most respected locksmith companies in the country with a 400+ year pedigree. I was soon under the wing of a gentleman with over 50 years locksmith experience in the UK and Canada. His training was tough, you started at grass roots level and he wasnt afraid to let you struggle for hours whilst picking an illusive padlock, safe or cash box etc.
