We are one of the nearest Guesthouses to the City centre, lincoln University & the spectacular Cathedral / historic area of lincoln, all you need to do is park your car using one of our free guest parking permits & stretch your legs with a short walk to all of the City attractions. We have a number of differently designed rooms on three floors, including three on the ground floor for easy access, all our rooms are beautifully decorated & furnished with lots of extras including coffee and tea facilities in every room, flat screen TV's with built-in DVD. For cycling enthusiasts, we have a secure area for cycle bikes at the rear of the house. An added extra to your visit is our lovely garden which when in bloom is just spectacular, relax with a bottle of wine or a good book by the small pond or chill out in our lovely conservatory which has complimentary tea & coffee making facilities.
