Established in 2013 by Andy, Maria and Kim. We also run A&M Print Ltd. which publishes The Deepings and The Villages Advertisers. Andy and Maria have been Landlords themselves for over 20 years and have had a number of properties over this time. Kim, now a home owner has been a tenant on 3 occasions so we have perspective from both sides of the business. We are all local to the Deepings so have extensive knowledge of the local area. Andy worked for 30 years in telecoms and IT before becoming Managing Director of A&M Print Ltd. He is also a long term member of Deeping St James Parish Council and now Chairman of the local business club and on The Deepings Raft Race Committee. Maria worked for a bank for over 20 years in branches, and various Head Office departments including Visa Fraud, Training Centre and District Office and as a Branch Manager, before leaving the bank in 2001. She now also runs Sparkles Cleaning Services and is Treasurer of the Deepings Business Club.
