We are so proud of the atmosphere we have created at the gym, where clients know its not posing in the mirrors or being judged. It doesn't matter if you haven't been the gym in 20 years or have been yesterday, you will feel at home at 360 Fitness. We have created a non judgment gym, where everyone is focused on bettering themselves, helped by the our Personal Trainer's and the other clients. Our clients know when they come in they will always have a laugh with the trainer's, work hard and see results. What may work for you might not work for someone else. You are an individual and therefore you need to fuel for not only your body requirements, but your actual goals. The short term goal is to get you positive results, and the long term goal is to help you stay there by keeping your favourite foods in your plan. You don't need to eat rabbit food everyday, and there are no fad diets at 360 Fitness!
