The 3DTA Institute is located in the delightful little town of Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire, in a beautiful part of Wales on the edge of the Brecon Beacons. It is situated on a side street in the centre of town just off the main street (Rhosmaen Street- A483) where there are several areas to park. (See Map on the contacts page). Due to the number of participants we extend our reach for Mindfulness courses which are held at the beautiful National Botanic Garden of Wales. The pictures in the gallery hopefully give you some idea of what the Institute looks and feels like. The training room consists of flexible types of seating and numerous large and small cushions to accommodate people either at training session or workshops.
'3DTA ' stands for 3 dimensional Transactional Analysis and comes from the DVD I developed in 2005 as an Introduction to the concepts of TA. It seemed a natural progression to name the Training Institute after it. The aim of 'The 3DTA Institute' was to provide the 3 dimensions of Clinical TA; Training, Supervision and Therapy in a warm welcoming environment. This has now extended to include Mindfulness training... The '3DTA Training and Mindfulness Institute'.
