You decide what is right for you, but sometimes that can be easier to see with someone not personally involved in what is happening for you. I offer a non-judgemental view and support people of all ages with all kinds of issues. For children and teenagers, I can help them find a place within where they feel okay and are able to handle situations better, to feel stronger. I tailor the service to suit the individual, to have time for both talking and relaxing if they want to.
