We also have an advanced call management system that manages calls and locates the nearest engineers via our state of the art Vehicle Tracking System, allowing us to provide end users with a prompt and efficient service. ADK provides a First Class coldroom installation service from planning and design, through to project delivery plus planned maintenance. Unlike most installation contractors, we provide a fully tailored after service to give you the peace of mind and help maintain your warranties after all our installations. ADK also guarantees Superb Response Times of 4 hours (in emergencies e.g. Coldroom breakdowns or Server room Air-Conditioning breakdowns) & 100% first time completions (where non-van stock parts are required).
