Air Environmental Ltd was formed in October 1997 by a partnership of Richard Hepworth and Allan Shaw. Both brought extensive experience in the trade of air conditioning and refrigeration, with a background of working together at a former Sheffield-based company from 1989. Shortly after, they brought on a third partner and shareholder – Steve Cooper who was appointed as the Service and Maintenance Director. Steve brought his life experience and knowledge into the business, developing greatly the service and maintenance department, responsible for making it as efficient as it is today.
