AJ Catering is owned and led by Ashley Huggins. Ash has over 25 years’ experience as a chef, and was born into a catering and "hospitality" family His first job at the NEC Group was back of house, but he quickly progressed in promotions to the kitchens, finishing his career there as Head Chef. His vast experience looking after VIP sportsmen, celebs and the like, but also being able to bring quality and value to the home and to the public brings us bang up to date - AJ Catering – established, motivated, different!
