Before opening our business, back in 2009, we felt that Iraqi food was underrepresented in London. Yes, there was the odd restaurant and the odd place where you could buy kibbeh, but not a complete food business. We started Al Enam – as a family of 4 – with the promise to make good food, never compromise on quality and to promote Iraqi and Middle Eastern food.
