Alan is a chartered building surveyor with 20 years experience in all aspects of Building Surveying as well as areas outwith. Over his career, Alan has spent time working with regional Scottish based private practice firms together with large international property consultancy firms and has worked both in Scotland and England. The formation of Alan Grant Associates gave Alan the opportunity to blend and distill a wealth of experience into one firm and offer the sort of advice he would like to receive.
