Astleys is independently owned by 2 directors who are all Chartered Surveyors who have collectively approximately 30 years experience of property advice in the Swansea Bay area and South Wales region. The directors take an active role in the day to day running of the business and regularly advise individuals, companies and institutional clients in respect of all aspects of property matters. The firm comprises six branches, strategically located across Swansea and Neath, each of which has a team of qualified and experienced local people who have a detailed knowledge of property within the local and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on providing a quality service across the whole spectrum of property matters from residential sales to business transfer, valuation, building surveying and beyond.
