Having worked in the language services industry as freelance translators for many years, we decided to launch our own company in March 2000. Our experience as suppliers, together with the contact we had established with end-clients, allowed us to identify the key features we wanted for our business - to provide high-quality translations and interpreting, whilst maintaining close, personal relationships at both ends of the supply chain. With large corporations dominating the industry, we felt that a more personal touch would be appreciated. To this end, our project managers try to create and nurture strong relationships with individual clients, whilst teams of trusted translators and proofreaders are assigned to work together on a regular basis in order to benefit from the synergy that this creates.
