Our staff have remained with us from the beginning. You will have a named member of staff to deal with who will manage your property throughout your dealings with Avon. We believe our fees are both competitive and fair. So, pop in for a coffee and have a chat with our staff! Since its inception in April 2005 Avon Property has worked tirelessly on behalf of our clients to provide an unrivalled service, in sales, residential lettings and property management in Lewisham, Lee, Hither Green and the surrounding areas. With our offices in the heart of Lee SE12, we have become a firm part of the local community over the past 8 years, serving countless clients throughout the area and beyond. We have worked hard to build long lasting, solid relationships with our clients both new and old in both the private and corporate sectors and are proud of our track record. Vikram Sandhu started the business from his front room after managing his father’s property portfolio in his formative years. He soon realised that this valuable knowledge and experience could be put to good use in the commercial marketplace and so after a brief spell working for an estate agency, he set about opening what was to become a very successful business venture — Avon Property. He soon decided to open his Lee office shortly thereafter. And we are still here today.
