Baltic Windows do not employ sales representatives. Either Grahame or John will visit the customer in person. If given a go-ahead, Grahame or John will carry out a full survey and will then see the job through from start to finish. 90% of all our work comes from recommendations, and that’s due to the quality of service and workmanship we provide. We design and manufacture our products at our factory in Washington, Tyne and Wear to exacting British Standards with some of the most secure and sophisticated locks around to ensure the security of your property.

Baltic Windows was set up by partners Grahame Monaghan and John Chipperfield. We’ve worked in the industry for over 25 years; starting out as bench-hand joiners and then working on site as glaziers, and we both have vast experience in the fabrication and fitting of windows, doors and conservatories.
