Competition Time: After receiving a fizzy cocktail each, the bartender demonstrates to the guests how to use the equipment and make two different styles of cocktails, guests are then invited up to have a go themselves. Their efforts are then marked by the bartender. The bartender can be cruel or kind, it all depends on what mood they're in... Scores for the first round are taken and then two-by-two guests are invited up to create their very own cocktail under the pressure of the watching crowd. The guests are allowed to use ingredients from the bar and will be marked not only their resulting creations but also on the demonstration of their understanding of what they've learned.
