We are an independent and highly respected law firm based in Somerset and providing legal services throughout the South West and beyond. We were formed almost 20 years ago as a result of a merger between Bartlett and Co (established in Shepton Mallet in 1958), Austin and Bath (established in Glastonbury in the 19th century and owned at the time by Nick Gooding) and Robin Weelen and Co (established in Castle Cary in 1978). Nick Gooding retired in 2004 but Bill Bartlett and Robin Weelen are still partners in the firm.
