Even a householder would be able to work on these with help from your technical help line and fix most, if not all, problems should they ever arise. I had one or two problems but these were found to be the result of the installation and/or the build process (debris in the plunger and tank causing issues) but were very easily remedied once I had spoken to your technical help line. The plunger is easy to remove and adjust and the design is the best I have come across.
