From myofascial release to help stretch and release the body, to a warming hot stone massage for relaxation, a manual lymphatic drainage massage to help with fatigue and fluid retention or a pregnancy massage to help alleviate back pain then I have something that can help.

My areas of specialism are fertility, pregnancy, lymphatic drainage and relaxation. I am a member of Federation of Holistic Therapies, Association of Reflexologists and Association of Reproductive Reflexologists. In addition to this I am a Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage practitioner and Reproflexology (fertility) practitioner. I am also a qualified yoga teacher and antenatal practitioner.
