Thankfully I have an absolutely amazing team surrounding me and all of our hard work and determination makes it possible. I have a very strong focus on Customer Satisfaction. I want my clients to feel important and educated about any treatment that they receive, no matter how small they think it is. Knowing what to expect from their visit, pre and post care advice, products to compliment any treatment and a “Care Plan”, equals to me a Client Journey, and this begins the second they walk through the door. I achieve this level of service by ensuring that I invest in my staff. This ranges from training, In and Out of House, retail products to allow them to support the treatments that we offer, constant Salon improvements and Care Plans, and we offer cutting edge technology to ensure that we are at the top of our game. Throughout my journey of qualifying and training, working hard, buying and establishing my Salon, and becoming a mum (4 times over!); my passion for this industry has never waivered and Belleza is now proudly part of who I am and I look forward to hopefully welcoming you to our mad but exciting family!!
