Thelma commenced her career in law in 1974 completing FILEX exams in the early 80’s and then qualified with the CLC in 1986. Since then she has worked in both private practice and corporate environments opening new offices for law firms. In 2012 she set up Bespoke Law Services with the purpose of drawing on her years of experience to provide clients with a good value and outstanding service. Claire is a Solicitor with over 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial property. She deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, remortgages and transfers of equity. She has worked in-house for two big organisations doing commercial property and has a breadth of knowledge, including development sites, finance work, Landlord and Tenant Act and other related matters.
