Bishop's Stortford Osteopathy

Graduating from the British College of Naturopathy & Osteopathy (now the British College of Osteopathic Medicine) in 1998, Vicki has practiced osteopathy in a variety of places, including the Osteopathic Childrens Centre(OCC) in London, Cambridge, Brentwood, Chelmsford and Wellington N.Z. She joined David Lindy in Church Street, Bishop's Stortford in 1998 and went on to establish the Bishops Park Osteopathic Clinic with David Lindy & Amy Lovell in 2000. In 2006 she moved the practice to Dunmow Road where it became the Bishops Stortford Osteopathic Clinic. Vicki enjoys treating patients of all ages and physical abilities from a week old babies to those in their 90’s. Her original training was in structural osteopathy which was closely followed by an interest in the cranial osteopathic approach. She has combined these over the years to develop a balance range of physical techniques. She believes strongly that the body is a wonderful self healing mechanism and you only need to do as much as is necessary to make a significant change. She also uses ultrasound therapy, dry needling trigger point therapy and ‘kinesio taping’ techniques when appropriate. Vicki also has an Honours Degree in Mathematical Studies.
