BkT is a small architectural team based in Cornwall. We specialise in designing bespoke buildings that both exceed expectations and offer value for money. Our current projects include housing developments, new homes, barn conversions, extensions, renovations, farm expansions and farm diversification amongst others. BkT are members of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and British Institute of Agricultural Consultants. BkT Architecture was founded by Barry Tape in 2012. He has worked on award-winning properties and has over 16 years of architectural experience including associate and director level roles at two leading South West Architect Practices. Barry oversees all projects and is the primary point of contact. BkT provide a high quality, tailored architectural service to meet client’s individual requirements – we don’t create identical new builds and carbon copy houses. BkT has strong specialist experience in delivering projects in the countryside as well as urban areas
