Lee won 1st place and received the Skill Build National Gold Medal for his outstanding workmanship. Over the ensuing years, Lee has continued to produce a very high standard of work and holds a highly regarded reputation in the industry. Our director, Lee Lidbetter has worked in the industry for over 30 years. Lee began his career in 1983 as a mastic asphalt apprentice and trained full time for 4 years. Towards the end of his apprenticeship in 1987, Lee was chosen to compete nationally in the CITB Skill build competition for roofing students.
