In May 1905 sufficient numbers had enrolled with the golf club to necessitate the need for a Clubhouse, fortunately the original leas included Hollin Bank Farm. so a small committee was set up to turn the Barn into a club room. The men certainly had their priorities right when they agreed to purchase of the Billiard Table soon after the clubhouse was developed. In 1908 the Council of the time approved spending of £50 to make alterations to the clubhouse and locker room. In 1909 the club purchased a spider and rest for the billiard table” but more significantly in the same year a telephone was installed in the clubhouse with an extension bell to the kitchen, the cost for a call was 2d. In 1912 dry rot was found in the clubhouse floor and council minutes suggest work went on to eradicate this over the next 3 years.

It is set against the backdrop of the Habergham Eaves moorland and offers panoramic views, which include Pendle Hill, Ingleborough, Whernside, Pen-y-Ghent and the Lakeland hills beyond.
