These pages are brief, not designed to "blow our own trumpet" but, hopefully, enough to give you a flavour of our wide ranging capabilities. We do, however, know our own limitations and would not expect to be offered projects over £5 million, unless they were of a repetitive nature e.g. a housing site with a limited number of house types. We operate chiefly in the following Local Authority areas ( in order of frequency) : - West Lancashire, Liverpool, Wirral, Sefton, South Ribble, Ellesmere Port and Neston, Wigan, Manchester,St Helens, Bolton, Preston, Salford, Fylde. We do travel further afield, but only if we think the nature of the project means we can still offer a good service.
