I initially trained as a transpersonal person-centred counsellor, and follow the needs of you as a client because I firmly believe that you have the answer within you. If necessary we can draw on other forms of therapy I have trained in over the years, such as relaxation, visualisation, or drawing, to name but a few, but always at the heart of it you will be in charge of how fast or slow you go. I will be there for you — walking alongside you to enable you to realise your potential to be the person you are entitled to be. Through counselling it is possible to become aware of your true self and what you can be.
As a qualified accredited counsellor and psychotherapist I have a number of years’ experience in private, corporate health, schools, GP surgeries, and the volunteer sector, and offering psychological support to clients with Asperger’s Syndrome and their families.
